The word fitness means being in good physical shape or being suitable for any work or purpose.

Exercises-

Aerobic exercise, which improves cardio respiratory fitness, also movement that increases the heart rate to improve the body's oxygen consumption.

Example- Jogging, Treadmill, Swimming, Cycling, Walking,etc.

Anaerobic exercise- Anaerobic exercise can make high-intensity movements performed in a short period of time. It also helps to promote strength, speed and power used by body builders.

Example- weight training, sprinting, isometric exercise.

Exercise always effect us in a very good manners. It's controls blood pressure, improves immune system, weight control, inflammation and most important mental health.

Physical fitness has always been an important part of life. It regulates our body in a very good manner. Gymnasiums which would seem familiar today began to become increasingly common in the 19th century. By doing exercises we are not only taking care of ourselves but as well as our surroundings too.

Nowadays we can be fit by just following some rules and regulations in dicepline. Today we can join gym, can attend online sessions, we can follow exercise by social media platforms.

Apart from modern exercise we can do Yoga too, which is really evry helpful to everyone and it is comparatively easy . By doing some mudras, paranayam and some aasan we can improve or fitness. We should always eat healthy like salads fruits fibre and protein full foods, drink lukewarm water, have diet drink , diet soups can control our weight, we should think positive so our mind can also be happy and fit . Positive thoughts are one of the best medicines in our life that make us stand in our hard situations. By doing simple exercises like walking, push ups squats , some crunches we get a fit body. Do good, think good, help others, never fall for some else, don't loose yourself in process of get back someone.

Just follow your routine properly, smile every day, be the reason of someone's smile, never take revenge , success is the best revenge, pray to God for giving you satisfaction, live for others but don't take lives of others there are major difference make your parents proud, stand by yourself, never take stress for anything, do something for needy people and the most important thing everyone should follow this, Never give up , I bet if you never give up one day you will enjoy your sweet victory day.
