Sleep Paralysis- Scary Moment

Most of us have faced a situation where we feel that ghost or some negative energy is pressing us so hard during our sleep. In the rural areas, most the people claim to has ghost that is pressing us. Although it sounds funny for people who don't trust in Ghost, it is way too scarier when we face it actually.

Scientifically, this phenomenon is called as Sleep paralysis. This is a stage where our brain stays in between where our body is sleeping but our brain feels we are awake. This happens due to irregular sleep patterns. I think most of you all would have faced this, so don't e afraid it's a ghost that is pressing you. Instead get proper sleep and stay healthy. Staying healthy is the most vital thing in the world, people who work a lot during this work from home situation due to the pandemic doesn't care about their health going behind money. They fail to eat on time, they don't consume a lot of water, they sit a lot infront of the computer. All these, can cause serious trouble to the human body, once we strain our mind a lot, we face sleeping discomfort, not feeling hungry, gastric etc.., So work while you work, follow a schedule on how long you can work for a day, knowing how many ours our body needs rest is so vital in keeping away from sleep paralysis. When we are young our grandparents day that ghost is pressing you because we are going and roaming outside so much after eating non-vegetarian food, so ghost followed us because of the food smell to our home and pressing us. Back then, I felt too scared about this, one day when i started researching about what actually is this scientifically, then I came to know it's sleep paralysis.

Our generation have been so irregular about our sleep schedule due to over usage of gadgets in the night. We tend to least care about our health. This is the main reason behind sleep paralysis. During sleep paralysis we may have difficulty in breathing, unable to hear our voice even though we shout aloud, sometimes we feel a lot scarier when we are even unable to open our eyes. 

So, in order to avoid this exercise regularly, eat well, have a proper sleep pattern and have a sound sleep without using gadgets while sleeping.
