Welcome back to my next blog and in this I have some information about Wood apple. Many of you maynot known or heard about this before, but don't worry you are totally gonna get everything about this amazing fruit.

Wood apple is known as VILAM PALAM in South India. The natural product resembles a piece of paradise and forestalls sunstrokes and other medical problems during summers. Naturally, all aspects of a wood apple is productive and great for the body, and it is plentiful in nutrients, fiber, and so on.,

  2. Jaggery 
  3. Salt to taste 

Method of preparation

  1. Break Vilam palam using hammer
  2. Collect pulp of fruit in a bowl 
  3. Grate the whole Jagger and take how much need upto your taste.
  4. Now add it to pulp.
  5. Add pinch salt.
  6. Now mix the mixture using spatula.

Thats all simple and yummy recipe is ready in South Indian manner. Try it when you get this fruit.
