Gain Fitness Without Any Special Efforts

Hello, everyone hope you all are safe and healthy. 

Today, everyone wants to look fit healthy and fit but there is a problem to fulfill this want ( as people think) we don't have time for workout, we don't have time to cook healthy food, we can't do fasting etc. But we don't have to do hardwork to keep ourselves fit. Exercise makes our body flexible we should do it, healthy food makes us strong from inner side, protect us from illness make our immune system strong.fasting cleans us from inner side ,we all should do this but i am going to tell you five methods by which you can make your look perfect . ( this blog is  not created to criticise any body shape) 

So firstly we should start with. Morning if you will drink even a glass of lukewarm water that will clean you from inside and will solve the skin related problems also. 

Sugar called white poison so if you will use jaggery rather than suger that will help a lot . It also increase the taste of the food. I had tried it. 

You should drink enough water in a day . It will provide energy and sometimes happen when you feel little hungry you can drink a glass of water that well prevent you from unnecessary eatings . 

If will fast for 12 hours it  will keep you as it is means you will not gain or not loose weight, but if you fast 14 hours that will help you to reduce you weight also it's not that tough. For example - you have your dinner at 8 :00 p.m. so next day you can have your breakfast on 10:00 am. You must do your breakfast it keeps us healthy. You should have Breakfast ,lunch ,dinner today is becaome a trend that people don't have their food timely .you alsalso should not eat too much at a time.In lunch if you will drink even a glass of buttermilk it will prevent you from overeating, and overeating is one of the main cause of unhealthy body. 

In morning or in evening you should walk I am not saying for heavy exercises. But if you will go to park and any another place around you which is your favorite you can go there. Going such a place or the place of your liking increase the capacity of your mind. 

Hope you all will like it and this is not pointing out wrongly to any body shape all are beautiful all are created by the same hands.
