Hey! 

You know sometimes you got blanked and everything seems to be falling apart. I know it happens with everyone whether you share it with anyone or not. For me……being an introvert from my childhood days it's very hard for me to tell someone how do I feel. In my growing years when I was depressed, anxious, pathetic it feels like why me? Why I have this anxiety and all? Why this darkness all the time? But, now it feels like it's not me all alone, there is so many people who suffers more then me and who has been suffering from a long time? I am lucky , because I had overcome  this in a short period. 

But, there are many of us who are lonely in the darkness. We all are lost, some are more lost than others or may be some are less. Some people are lost in finding their individuality and that is good. But what about others who are just lost without any destination. I know it seems very easy to just advice, but I know how that advice feels like. 

Do you have ever thought about why we are sad, depressed, anxious, lonely? No, you know we are always unable to accept the reality, we try to escape the things that are happening around us and we thought why me? 

You don't have to question, why you? You need to do your part of work…… just do it with your 100 percent. If it didn't worked out so what? Just take a break, taking a break doesn't mean you are quitting. You are just taking your own time to find a new way to make it. 

We always hear out that "give some time everything will be okay" . But time and all are just overrated, you don't have time to be in a rat race. All you need is “COURAGE", just be confident have some faith and go after that thing what you want to do. Yes, just do it again but with a new way. 

You can never control the things happening around you, it's always your choice whether you accept it and just move with the flow , but with your own confident thoughts that one day everything will be according to my will……Or you just not be able to accept it and want to be in darkness. 

No one can never be in your head to make it up for you. It was always “YOU” in the past, it is “YOU” in the future and it will be always “YOU” in the future. 

“Life is nothing but the sum of all your choices”. Now you decide you want to make it better just by each passing day, or want to get even worse by each passing second. 

So now just take a break, sit straight and think for new ways. And let me know how you overcome from your darkness
