"Depression And Anger Are Best Friends "

Lastly….. We discussed about happiness, and today we will talk about so many things which we all suffer from once in a life. Depression , anger, anxiety, guilt, regret and what not, but have you ever noticed these all are interlinked to each other isn't it? When things went out of control, when we are unable to do anything. From there these issues starts….. Depression comes we keep building so many things inside us, when we are unable to tell someone that how much you are suffering from inside. Or may be many of the times we don't have anyone to tell them, from there anger starts you are annoyed that everyone have someone to rely on but you don't. And the cherry on the top is anxiety it's like the three of them are meant to be together. At that time when you are suffering from all these things you lack SELF-CONFIDENCE and you start blaming yourself and the guilt of being in this state by yourself becomes bigger by every passing day. In this messed up state you do so many things which you know you're going to regret about it later. 

There is a saying “REGRET IS THE MOST PAINFUL THING TO EXPERIENCE IN ONES LIFETIME".

And suffering from so much many of us end up by taking an impulsive decision.                           But, we can stop this because we are humans we are the most precious creation of God. All you have to do is :-                                    1. Don't be slave of your heart, be practical. We all make a mistake we prefer to listen to our heart always but you need to maintain balance between your heart and your mind. In some situation our heart works best and in others our mind. You need to realise that you always can't be a emotional fool. 

2. Before loving someone else, learns to love yourself. Because if you can't love yourself then how can you love any other person. We neglect ourselves, and in love many of us do many stupidities like cutting our nerves, swallowing sleeping pills. As a science student let me tell you something , human life is very precious you don't even know after how many life's we got human life. Then why waste, if someone truly, deeply loves you he/she will never do such things to create such circumstances for you in which try these stupid things. To be loved, you need to love you first. 

3. Don't be so reserved, try to open a little with your friends, family etc. Our heart size is equal to our wrist size, that small. And hiding so much things inside that small heart, isn't it unfair with our little heart. You need to lower it's burden, otherwise you will attract so many heart disease to you, and that's something really bad for you mental and physical health. 

4. Try to love the nature.                   Try to see sunsets, sunrise, clouds, forest, trees and many of us share our secret with moon, isn't it? When you chase sunrise, sunsets you find some sort of peace and it's a fact anyone of us can't deny it. Try to sit under moonlight for at least 10 minutes and blow your heart in and out. Let the moon know how you feel under his shelter. And then you can breathe freely without any hesitation. 

5. Be good with everyone. We all suffer, but when we make others suffer because of us, it's most unfortunate thing we do in our lifetime. You never know what others are going through, may be it's even more worse then yours. When we do something good for even a single person, the smile naturally comes on our face and you will feel light inside. 

Lastly, just be hopeful don't loose hope, you have to trust God. When we have faith and courage we can overcome anything and depression and anger is not something with which we can't deal. We can fight with it by  just our small day to day efforts . 

You just need to adapt to these basic principles to a healthy and wealthy lifestyle.
