I was looking for it every where possible I can wander , every thing that i was working on, every person i Know, every day I spent in the out side world to give me and create it in front of me to make my Life Better, In search of this I found that it cant be found or given by out side me,but finally found it Inside me, with in me.

Every thing that is required for me is already equipped in me

All I need to do is Understand and accept the fact that is available with in me

To find any solution for me , first thing to be done is Stop searching every where and bringing clarity with in me and believing in me myself

 It is very simple, If I think I'm a wonderful person, I will definitely have sweet emotions towards me 

By making my self my enemy, I cannot Love myself, that's Hard

It is not required to create any conflict between my head and my heart

I have to energize my self love, my self belief, my Blessings, my surroundings, and my mind is conscious about this , its going to be miracle, Its going to be a Bridge to the BEYOND

And I don't need to name anything for this Practice ,This is going to give me solutions for everything that is required for me 

The Higher possibilities of my life are Housed in my self by default ,Just I have to accept this bitter truth

With out logical thinking, may be survival is not possible , but at the same time too much logic is a Suicide, If I think cent percent logically there's no LIFE

Ultimately, the rising of my Inner ENERGY sets the basis for a much larger perception of life,It has to raise with Intensity and in larger Volume in its utmost purity

Turning inwards does not require great ideas or opinions or practices, all I it needs is a decision of few minutes in a day to make this happen, I can see a change, simple process of paying attention to my inner nature can transform the quality of life, I can transform my life in remarkable ways 

I can find a better life, I can live in it, Its completely inside me , for me 

Lets not make hard work of simple aspects of Life
