Love On Snacks. Recipe On Vege Cutlet😋

Hi my friends.

Hope you all doing good and safe 

Ok today we will prepare and eat a fabulous snacks.cutlets.

I love that.hope you guys you too.

Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes

Onion.

Carrots.

Ginger garlic paste.

Green chillies.

Capsicum.

Sweet Corn.

Bread crumbs.

Corn flour.

Maida.

Chat powder.

Garam masala.

Salt to taste.

Preparation time:30 mions

Recipe

In a fry pan,pour 3 tablespoon oil.let it gets heat,after that add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste.let it get sauted.

After that add green chillies if you like that or else no problem skip it.

Next add chopped capsicum to it don't let it too over fry.next add the masalas…

Two tablespoon of chat powder,one tablespoon garam masala.wait for it for the avoidance of raw smell.

adjust the measures according to your vegetables.add salt to taste.

When the veges get mixed and raw smell out.add tha boiled potatoes to it and smash it..mash for a well smooth.mix it well without clods.do not add water.your potatoes should be 2 times more than your vegetables.put coriander for garnish.let it cool down.

In a small cup prepare a maida paste.add half cup of maida flour and add water for a paste consistency.

Take a mixing bowl,pour the mixture you prepared add some sweet corns to it and some corn flour.

Prepare like patties or according to your wish shape like round,roll,heart or any unidentified.according how to impress your opposite.i think you could understand.

Dip it into the maida paste then a dip in the bread crumbs.prepare it for all the patties..

Then go for a shallow oil fry.fry it untill patties for a golden brown colour.

Serve it hot with dip like ketchup or any sauce you like.

The procedure is basics for the cutlet,you can prepare the cutlet with paneer,chicken etc,.

For chicken cutlet you have to use the breast piece,well grind and it should be well cooked.add some strong masalas as it is a chicken to absorb it and gives you a perfect taste.

Grilled or cheesy.

During this lockdown, I think my stomach digested only snacks more than my food.
