Most of the time we think about our favourite cravings🤤..that's soo cool to even think about those..right?!😂 My full time thoughts are only about my favourite cravings.. Butter naan, paneer butter masala, tandoor chicken 🤤 and what not..And what about yours??
Isn't it appetizing..The.best part is the butter that is glazing on the naan🤤..nothing can match that..SIMPLY HEAVEN..
Now let me share the recipe for my favourite :
For Butter naan - maida- 2 cups , sugar - 1tsp , salt - 2tsp , butter - 2tsp , milk - approximately 10 tbsp , yeast- 2 tsp ( mix the yeast with hot water and sugar) , to substitute yeast - baking powder 1 tsp and baking soda half tsp.
I know some of you might be thinking about cholesterol right?? That's not a problem for foodies right??😂 Moreover, it's good to have once in a while..
First you need to put all the dry ingredients together and gradually add milk and mix it.When it starts to hold shape, start to knead the flour. Do it gently and drag and knead it. Then let it rest for 2-3 hours. Then take the batter and make small balls and roll it to naan shape, apply water on the backside of naan and put it on tawa. Apply butter on the top and after 2 mins flip the tawa to the flame. That's it. Out hot hot Butter naan is ready😌
Next is for paneer butter masala :
Paneer - 250 grams , spices- elachi , cinnamon , star anise and bay leaf, onion - 2 , tomato of medium size - 2 , cashews - 10-12 nos, spice powders - red chilli Powder-2tsp, coriander powder- 1tsp, garam masala - 2 tsp , fresh cream - 2 tbsp and last but not the least - butter 2 tbsp🤤
Heat a pan and pour some oil. Once heated add onion and saute once it's translucent add tomato and saute it and then add cashews. If you don't want the spices to be bit then add them too and grind into a smooth paste. Use the same pan and add butter add the prices and add the paste to it. Adjust consistency accordingly and add the powders. Let the raw smell turn to a beautiful aroma🤤. Garam masala is the last one to be added , that is after putting the paneer pieces to the masala. Add the paneer and salt and a tsp of sugar. Sorry, forgot to mention in the ingredients list😅. Let it cook for 10 mins and sprinkle some corriander leaves to it and serve.
This always tops in my cravings😍🤤. Such a beautiful creation 😂. Do not mind of my overreaction. Foods make me so. Especially my favourite cravings. I go crazy about them.
