we have already seen a greater picture of obesity and overweight in our society along with the consequences caused.

Now it's time to find out a solution for the same. A good saying says "Prevention is better than cure" so, There are various ways by which we can manage obesity.

  • Drinking lots of water
  • Eating a healthy diet (Balanced diet)
  • having green vegetables
  • Engage in aerobic exercises
  • Eat lots of dietary fibers
  • maintain a good minerals balance in the body
  • stress-free life and many more

All of this information can be assessed from google but a person's personal experience and journey. I have seen a lot of people who manage a good lifestyle by doing meditation and following a normal lifestyle, just a bit changes in the dietary patterns.

So let's talk in detail, water- The basic need. one has to maintain the daily water requirements of the body by having at least 3.5 liters of water per day. it's not like water provides us energy or helps in digestion it's just when electrolytes get balanced our body works properly and our mind relaxes because of relax of nerves and hence we live a stress-free life.

when a person lives stress-free life there are so many benefits they observe especially in these current times of modernization.

Culture and availability of packed and sugary food lead to obesity and we can stop or manage this by maintaining a limited amount of such sugary and packed food in our lives.

in these modern times, especially kids, since childhood they don't want to eat green vegetable sand have fresh juice instead they prefer packed juices. Teaching them about these dietary patterns in their early learning stage can lead to lesser obesity prevalence.

teaching people to do exercises and maintain it in their daily routine

mandatory subject of physical education in early schools and colleges can also be a preventive measure for the same.

Maintaining posture and movable work at workplaces is one side of this picture.

Meditation in today's times is very important because by doing this one can be stable .people feel more connected to mother nature and as a result, we find that generally people go for a walk or a brisk walk in the morning or evening and used to connect with their family.

in my point of view its a concern of parents that they should teach children about patterns of a healthy lifestyle since their childhood.

by doing all these things we can contribute in the prevention of emerging epidemic obesity.
