I started cooking when I was 11 , I was always fascinated by all these ingredients and colours . Always wanted to do my trial and error with these things and create new new dishes .I started cooking by making bread upma . Ever since read multiple cookbooks and experimented with new recipes . I remember i had to make a new recipe multiple times to get it right . Its been 9 years since then .

I learnt and perfected many recipes like homemade noodles , momos , sabji , pulao , chilli idly , garlic breads . I always feel like cooking is gender neutral be it a man or woman everyone should know how to cook for their survival . Its important to be independent and learn to cook your own meals so that you save your money as well . I started making chaat also at home from scratch like even the puris for sev puri and dahi puri my all time favourite . I even started giving a few twists to classic dishes like converted vada pav to vada pav quesdillas . Italian and chinese cuisines are my favourite as well apart from ofcourse punjabi food and street food . I opened an instagram food page to post pictures of what i cook and make fun reels and videos . I wanted to share a few easy recipes with teenagers all around and also show people what makes me happy and show them how investing time in your favourite hobby can actually give you a very fruitful and tasty result you know . Your hobby is your investment . I now make all 3 meals and dont let my mom cook for me . Sometimes I cook for everyone . But my mums cooking is my favourite her aloo paranthas and peas pulao are heaven on earth literally . Both of these with onion raita are literally comfort food . 

I have to say food from outside is equally important . Starbucks coffee , chaat and pizza hut's pizza quite literally something I could get up for even from my sleep . 

I would like to end by saying If you have a hobby investment some time in it everyday . You will fail one time , twice , thrice but the next attempt you will definitely pass and will be very happy with the result . Life is made of small things and happy moments just find them. If you feel like your hobby can become your career invest time and money and become a professional . Cheers :)
