What is detox?

Detox- as the word suggests itself, 'de' meaning removal and 'tox' stand for toxins. In simple words, detoxification is an alternative process for medicinal treatment that aims to remove toxins from your body. It can also be referred to as the cleansing of the body.

The intake of toxins into our body occurs through various sources. For instance, while ingesting food or even produced as a by-product withing our body.
