Hello guys I want to read this blog from when I starting blog but i cant talk about because the redons is that that time I don't have a any resource to give the best tips for the Indian daily diet but I have now because , i have analysis each and every food in my home and also gain reach and then i will post this blog  so .

here the information about this topic you don't find that topic in any where because is not posted in any plat from like a YouTube , Facebook or in google also so here is the summary.

now first food that we daily eat in Indian meal is that wheat . yes wheat we eat daily make food like a chapati in we eat in daily bases because in India the production of the wheat is in to high like a Punjab and aloes so that why Indian people eat the wheat in everyday .

wheat contains  the high amount fiber and carbohydrate in daily bases if you don't give the food take them to chapati eats contains high amount of nutrients to grow our body eat this with to the dal or the sabji the best way to eat the anything in that do care of your with the wheat after next food is the in breakfast time in India mostly people eat the poha poha contains  not high amount of proteins bit if you made traditionally in Indian style add peanuts in it to gate the amount  of proteins , its phi helps to reduce in weight loss so if eat daily eat helps to weight loss . 

and after than in breakfast we all eat the upma poha they made with raga and this good for the weght loss also and eat contain proteins so you can eat daily in eat diet then in breakfast we eat dosa the dosa is must better way of fiber and carbohydrate in eat that's why their no fat are involve in eat so that the n=most of celebrity eat the  dosa to weigh loss that's why the is much better potion to eat . instead of the junk food after that many of the people say that the dosa is junk but no Indian tradition Dosa not contains the butter and the potato so that's why this not junk food in any way. 

 if you want little but testier and also you want you get protein also you can eat with sambar and chantey also.
