Hello everyone! This is my first blog here and since it's International Yoga Day, I would like to share my experience about it.
I started doing yoga two years back and have been taking out time for it every day since then, no matter what. Yoga makes your body feel really relaxed and relieves the stiffness of the muscles in your body. Unlike heavy workout training, yoga might feel a little slow, but your is doing its work better. you will definitely feel the difference in your energy and mind.
Doing this early in the morning would be the best start to your day. Even if you don't have time for a complete routine, you must at least do few meditation and breathing exercises at the end of the day. Experts say that yoga also improves body balance and strengthens muscle, giving you a more flexible body in the long run. There are several yoga stretch postures that make your body relaxed instantly. This happens when there is too much stiffness in the muscles in the body. stretching not only releases the stiffness in the muscle but also gives a good warm-up before further workouts.
Yoga helps keep your body in good shape and immensely improves body posture. It straightens your spine and makes your shoulders look less slouched. Thus people having back and neck pain problems definitely could use some suggestion of yoga trainer to help them with these problems. It is always recommended to middle-aged and older people to include yoga as a daily habit. it helps reduce most of the risk of various disorders including arthritis symptoms and heart issues. It also becomes equally important to younger people as it improves blood circulation all over the body, reduces stress, and improves sleep efficiency. Since it relaxes the body, you sleep better. It is believed that Yoga also has a spiritual effect on a person. There is an increase in mental energy, helping you concentrate better with positive energy, allowing lesser negativity to enter your mind.
In short, practicing Yoga is the best thing you could start doing today for yourself and your body. On this day, let's promote body positivity and self-care and encourage each other to focus on mental health too.
This blog was to encourage someone out there reading this, to start loving their body and make it their first priority.
Thank you.
