Hey everyone, My last two or three blogs were focused upon self development and the essential qualities that a person must have in order to grow in life. Whether you are an entrepreneur or a working personnel these qualities are essential for both the role. But, today we will be discussing about something different and will discuss in further posts too. It is entrepreneurship. So, what do you think entrepreneurship is? Who is an entrepreneur? and what does he do? and how entrepreneurship is related to economic growth? Well, I will try to answer all these basic questions in today's blog. Let's go

Entrepreneurship is the process of formulating a good idea into a business plan, launching a business and then running it while making innovations and fulfilling the needs of customers. In simple words  it is simply setting up one's own business and the one who does it is called an entrepreneur while the business is called enterprise. An entrepreneur is identified as self -employed and also provides employment to others. Entrepreneurship contributes greatly towards economic growth of a country as it increases the share of secondary and tertiary sector in GDP of a country. Nowadays, young students are taught this skill since early childhood so that they can develop a needed knowledge and abilities to start their own business rather than running after some job. The main focus is to create future job creators rather than job seekers, as the population of our country keeps on increasing, it will be impossible for each and everyone to get government jobs. We literally have 3crore people competing for 3 thousands posts which is a terrible scenario. Something which you must note it not every self employed person is an entrepreneur as entrepreneurship is related with making innovations too. However, these terms are often used interchangeably. In further blogs I will share the role, features and the development process . I hope I could solve your doubts and the meaning of entrepreneurship is clear to you. I personally think all of us who are aspiring to be bloggers are also entrepreneurs of a kind since working on blogs can be hectic too and it also requires a lot of hardwork and a lot of innovation is involved there too.
