Hi fellow bloggers and readers!! It will not be wrong if I say that everyone is a salesman from Docter to a teacher and from a writer to a blogger. Everyone wants to sell something a doctor wants to sell his service to gain more customers  ,  a teacher wants to sell his skills to get more students while a blogger or a writer simply focus on selling their ideas. But, the main point is how does a person become a good salesman, because not everyone is a marketer or a sales promoter, so what are the skills that he/ she needs in order to be a great salesman and retains customers because customer satisfaction is the topmost goal that every service provider or a seller wants to achieve. So, today I will be sharing you a list of skills and qualities which if you try to develop in yourself will make you a great salesman.

Let's begin

  1. Service motive :  A salesman should always focus on providing the best service possible, because a satisfied customer becomes your best marketer.
  2. Skill development :    You should learn something from time to time in order to look updated. Remember ,   a rolling stone gathers no moss , if you are willing to learn everything, every time  and from everyone then you will always remain fresh.
  3. Facing challenge    :   Life is full of challenges,  and uncertainity if you are willing to face challenges, then only you can grow else,  competition will easily block you.
  4. Ethical working  :  A true salesman never compromises his ethics , he always keeps his customer's satisfaction before the profit.
  5. Dynamic : Business is a very fast - changing  environment, so one need to become highly adaptable to changes in order to work. These changes can be internal or external, big or small but they should never stop you from doing your work.
  6. Behavior  : In every industry, how you behave with your customers and the people around you like the guards, collegues ,etc matters a lot because it forms your brand image. So, you need to be patient and learn how to handle different kinds of people.
  7. Creativity :  A problem will always be there waiting for you around the corner , but you need to be creative enough to come up with something new every time to solve it in a way that it never arises again.
