Hi everyone!! In my last two blog I explained about entrepreneurship , it's role in economic growth and in society. But, today I will be sharing the attributes or the qualities of a successful entrepreneur. After reading this blog you will be able to understand their importance and the reason why you need to develop them. Just like a business takes years and years to build , these attributes too take years and years to get developed in a person. If you will try to analyse the qualities of all successful entrepreneurs and business persons you will find some or all of these in them. So, without wasting much time let's see them one by one.

1.Creative and innovative: You need to have a very creative perspective to solve problems easily. When you have a creative insight, problems turn into opportunities and solutions become innovations. Entrepreneurs develop creativity gradually while formulating a business plan, developing and launching a product and adopting techniques to sell it. This helps them to expand their businesses and open new ones. 

Hard- working : This is a universal quality which is needed in every proffession ,not just entrepreneurs but doctors, engineers, teachers everyone is required to work hard. A business is more tougher than a regular job since it needs your 1000 percent especially in the beginning. There is no substitute for it if you are not willing to work hard then you can't succeed. 

Self - confidence : An entrepreneur needs to be confident as every now and then he needs to present his ideas to others and face challenges in his journey. Confidence comes from knowledge and practice, the more you practice and the more you learn the more confident you become about yourself and the more empowered you feel. 

Eye for opportunity : Entrepreneurs need to be quick to visualize and grab opportunities. As soon as they realise an opportunity they start setting objectives to use it in the best way possible. 

Independence: An entrepreneur is an independent thinker. He has his own opinions and likes to work freely without anyone's interference. 

Risk-takers : No business in the world can run if no risk is involved in it, the higher the risk, the higher the profits and higher the profits, higher is the growth. 

Leadership : An entrepreneur is a leader, he knows how to lead anand  motivate himself as well as others.
