Hi everyone!! Today I am back with another interesting topic. Today I will be discussing about what introspection means and how it can change our lives. Let's begin

Introspection means to analyze and evaluate oneself and one's actions .Introspection is a very powerful tool and it can help us to change our life completely. Introspection helps us to find our good as well as bad qualities. If done on a regular basis  then it has the power to change our lives completely and transform us into a really different person which we probably we must have never imagined or dreamed of.

Self- reflection is not different from introspection. Both of them can be used interchangeably. Whether you call it self reflection or introspection both of them are capable of making you a more sensible, understanding and a compassionate person. It is because when you analyze yourself and your actions you become honest with yourself and start understanding the pattern of your habits and actions. You try to improve either you try to change a bad habit or adopt a new lifestyle. You start becoming a more humble and grateful towards life, God, yourself and others who are a part of your life. The best benefit of doing self-reflection and introspection is that you start understanding the people around yourself, you understand who is your friend and who is not, who cares about you and who doesn't, who is your well wisher and who is the enemy. It helps you to figure out who should be a part of your life and who shouldn't be a part of your life. It prevents you from making wrong friends and helps you to keep bad people and bad company away from your life and helps you to be peaceful from inside as well as outside.

Now, you would have understood the importance of introspection and self-reflection. So, I will be sharing some easy ways which can help you to self-introspect.

  1. Make a self-reflection journal and write about your daily actions and understand what you did right and what you did wrong, then write an important lesson you learnt that day.
  2. Write at least 5 things you are grateful for everyday.
  3. If you have a question or a doubt about yourself then you take 5 deep breaths , close your eyes and ask that question from your mind. You will get the solution to your problem.
