How To Write A Job Application And A Resume?

Hi everyone in today's post I will be telling you how to write a great application letter and a resume. Your application letter create the first impression about you in front of the employers  an infective letter can create a negative impression while an application letter that has all necessary information about you will create a good impact on the employer a well written . A good application letter helps to highlight your interests in the company and the position you are applying for. It introduces you to the prospective employers and helps him to decide whether you are a suitable match for the position or not. 

So, without any further delay let's understand the elements that a good application letter must have. 

Let's begin

1. Write a letter in the accepted format. 

2. Ensure that your application letter is free of all grammatical errors and there are no spelling mistakes anything. 

3. You should address the letter to one specific person for example the HR rather than to the entire HRD department.

4. Try to display your interest in the company to capture the interest of the reader.

5. Tell them what you can contribute in their organisation and your experience with other organisations. 

6. If you are supposed to mail your resume the application letter should be in the body and the resume should be included as an attachment.

7. You can refer to many sample letters but try not to copy them be original and try to be genuine.

Now , we have learnt how to write an effective letter let's see how to write an effective resume. 

A resume is a document which contains the summaries of academic as well as professional qualifications of a candidate. A resume can either make or break your image in front of the employer. 

Let's see the elements of a perfect resume. 

1. Personal information : the applicant should provide the details like his /her name  parents name ,address ,phone numbers  and email addresses. 

2.Education qualifications: The qualifications which are expected for the job position must be written. 

3.Projects/internships done must be mentioned. 

4.All the achievements, awards, hobbies should be mentioned. 

5.All the languages that he knows must me mentioned.
