How To Come Out Of Comfort Zone?

Hi everyone!! Today I will be talking about a place where everyone loves to live but is a place where their dreams are shattered . This place is known as “the comfort zone”, this is a place which people are aware of will disappoint them but they still choose to be there, just because of their comfort. Everyone has different comfort zones but there are some things which are common in everyone's comfort zone example:laziness, procrastination, fear etc. All of us feel lazy to do something or procrastinate something or fear things such as speaking up, going out etc. So, today I will be sharing some ways which will help you to come out of your comfort zone. But, remember I can only tell you the ways, how to apply them but it is you who has to execute them because doing is more important than knowing and here you will have to do something not for others but for yourself and your life which you can't take granted at any cost. 

Let's begin

1.Set goals

Even if you can't set a life goal, set yearly goals or weekly goals or even daily goals. Having goals will help you to be more concious about your time and you will know exactly what you are supposed to do. 

2.Make a time table or a schedule. 

Making goals is important but setting a daily time limit to work on them is even more important. You need to set goals but also set a time table and the hours you will work on them. 

3.Stop making excuses

Remember that everyone who is doing something or learning something will make mistakes but giving excuses is not a way to escape you will have to accept them and work on them to be better. 

4. Be honest

Here, when I am telling you to be honest, then it means you will have to honest not with people outside but with yourself too. The one who is able to be honest with himself, catches his mistakes and tries to analysis and improve them and learns from them is the one who really succeeds in life. 

5.Form good habits

There is a reason why you are in a comfort zone either you have a bad habit that you don't want to give up or because it has become addictive. Such habits are difficult to leave, but you can form a daily new habit to break old one like if you want to avoid time killing then just schedule time to  practise a new hobby.
