Is Fast Food Good For Your Health??

Hi all,

It's all about eating fast food is good or not!? ….it's obvious that whole society knew that it is not good for ur health even then it is consumed as breakfast , Lunch, dinner , brunch …why is it ?? Because it contains many processed food items where all the vegetables from the farm is processed to powder , sauces , and many other varieties which includes various chemicals causing diseases like cancer , hyper active in children , ageing, digestion problem, liver problems, which also leads to constipation bloating etc… it also cause mental problems like depression and anxiety….

In India , Maggie is one of the favorite item consumed all over the country …personally even my mother cook it for our breakfast…it is estimated that in a minute many packets are opening all over the country …eventho everybody knew the fact of it being a fast food it is consumed….it contains MSG , preservatives and many other chemicals which is not good…as it takes only 2 minutes to cook and it's tasty people blindly go for it 

Children and teenagers love fast foods …they say they crave for it because as we eat junk food, our brain pumps out more and more dopamine , giving us a feeling of pleasure so when released it fits into the receptors of the brain much like as key fits into a lock and that fit is the pleasure giving happiness…for every parties or any get-together they conduct its obvious that fast food it's like  necessary for them like fries , pizza , burger, chips etc  …being in a young age they may not face much health issues with it but obesity is obvious leading to heart diseases and body pain …..

As they are typically loaded with calories , high sodium and unhealthy fat with less nutrient content and almost lacking in fruit ,vegetables and fibre content

How  can we overcome this craving?? Yes it is kinda hard to overcome this …but instead we have alternatives for it.. eating proper healthy foods like fruits and vegetables in a natural way is important…. consuming fast foods rarely and occasionally is fine but it should be reduced , exercising regularly, sleeping for minimum of 6 hours is important..

So I conclude that consuming fast foods is bad for your health , in short-term fast foods impacts blood sugar and blood pressure, increases inflammation and may mean an individual does not eat much nutrient content….in long-term a diet rich in fast food could lead to issues with digestion, immunity, inflammation , mental problems etc….
