We all bow down to the art which not only pleases our senses but also touches our soul. As living creatures, we are bound to express. We communicate to express. That's basic, right! That's what makes us, US. We have often felt shaken from within or being left awestruck on realising how much a piece of art from a creator swimming through his/her pool of emotions can convey. Dance is also a form of art, so pure that it has no boundaries to be broken, universal indication of happiness, but also strong enough to express each and every emotion to exist, with fierce, swift motions. Our body is just an instrument at its mercy for the sake of expression. In life, it not only teaches us the importance of teamwork, focus, improvisation but also enhances our skill of perception, observation and concentration. Dance is something that has been a human legacy for centuries. So an introduction to different forms of dances to children expands their personal boundaries and help them understand the heritage and values of the diverse human world. Hence, making it easier to accept difference at an early age. It also awakens new perceptions in children which gives them new tools to understand themselves in different ways. So, it is better to understand that dance is much more than just exploring different ways to learn a series of steps on music. 

Dance not only teaches us determination but also precision which we should apply in basically everything in our lives. Remember how much you practised to get that difficult move correct. Although you failed a lot of times but you never gave up! This process is what teaches you determination and many other lessons in life. You just don't have to give up. Hang in there, enjoy the process and then move ahead with confidence is what dance simply teaches. No matter how many downs you go through, keep in mind that it always gets better at the end. 

Those swift moves have the power to teach you how to withstand some of the most harsh situations in life. The precision and concentration that you need to master this skill is immense. That's what makes it more interesting. One of the other great lesson that dance teaches is that of teamwork. To learn the art of knowing how to work together with others with compassion is an achievement in itself. Learning this art takes you longways. Humans need humans! We are social beings, we are bound to interact, this is how we are supposed to live. Learning how to do that successfully just makes your life easier.
