Friends. 

What exactly comes to your mind? We all love Rachel, Ross, Phoebe, Joey and obviously Chandler. But lets spare a moment for the real ones. 

There are friends who party, friends who look out for you, friends who help you study, friends who very badly want to see you succeed, friends who celebrate you, friends that push you past your limits and friends who judge you but never leave your side. 

Though, a few can pull you into bad habits, a few can provoke the never-to-be-disturbed inner demons, a few can make you feel, what's life if not for a few sins, few who use you only for money, and a few that betray you. 

So if you've come across such people, whom you still feel hard to believe you were friends with, THEY NEVER WERE YOUR FRIENDS. They were simply put in your path ,so you could really appreciate who you end up with and trust me, the world is still a beautiful place. And no worries, to all those who think they can take advantage of people's innocence and use friendship as a excuse, places are reserved in hell. Karma is.. Well you know. 

So if you are having a hard time moving on from those who played games with you, be it in the name of friendship or love, do know, you are not alone. And how much ever dark it might seem now, what the future holds, for you,can sweep you off your feet.

Not long before, did I spend my days, questioning, what if I had been a little more cautious about choosing the people around me, I would have saved me a lot of trouble. And they do say the situations you put yourself through, are a result of the choices you make. True that. But then life is pretty short to be living with regrets. So I told myself, repenting for those who made a joke out of you, its never worth it. 

And today I have friends, who loves me for all that I am, friends who make me laugh till my stomach hurts, friends who, can never see me break, friends who dare to kill those ,that dare to break me-up, friends who always make me see my worth and friends who always, feel like home. 

Being alone, is one thing. And lonely is another thing. That being said, don't be afraid to build a friendship, and quoting our ever-favourite F.R.I.E.N.D.S, ‘even if its not your day, your week, your month or even your year’ , true friends will always be there for you. Ride or Die.
