Here we passed by another day, another night and so will it keep going. You, me and them, we all are facing once in a lifetime rough patch right now. In one or other means, we all are battling. And most ironically, we all are responding on a similar basis to different stimuli which apart from us, no one would ever appreciate. Why say more, we ourselves are not sure. We are so stuffed up with stress, fright, apprehension and other concerns. I agree, we are affected to the core by all of it. Acknowledging all of these, let me ask you a bit. Are you able to give your heart a little bit of harmony? In simpler means, are you helping yourself in anyway? I believe, in every person, there is a vibrant ecstatic soul trying to fly into the sky. Then why not try getting "THAT YOU" out here?
The only way you can help yourself in these hardest times, is by giving yourself a bit of love. Try that! Please do. Talk to the most beautiful persona alive : Yourself. Think about the days, the times when your heart roared β I can't do this anymoreβ and then smile at the beautiful mystery of life that made you travel through a those stormy nights and the powerful aspiration that brought you here. Tell yourself- "If I could walk past then, this is just another interesting walk. Let's see where this rivulet takes me" . And take the baby step - BREATHE. There too, try embracing the way you breathe. Turn around, and the best part is here : Find out the smallest things that used to make you smile. If all set, then with the next sip of your tea, you will discover the vigour to conquer every mighty and minute battle that you are going through. This is the most lively and aesthetic emotion you could ever garner in your hectic, self-loathing days. Listen to the tracks, that make you think of your good old days! PS: Not to wipe tears, but to realize how content you used to be, to have an urge to gain back your worthy self and most vitally, to try achieving that.
