What is fat ??

The body uses fat as a fuel source, and fat is the major storage form of energy in the body. Fat also has many other important functions in the body, and a moderate amount is needed in the diet for good health. Fats in food come in several forms, including saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated.

You have to get the difference between fat loss and weight loss ,weight loss can cause many problems like hairfall,poor metabolism due to strict diet,insomnia and many other health disorders. While fat loss is completely natural in that you will loose fat and gain muscle with proper diet and excercise and maintenance of good health .Weight loss refers to a decrease in your overall body weight from muscle, water, and fat losses. Fat loss refers to weight loss from fat, and it's a more specific and healthful goal than weight loss.

Fat loss is more efficient to work with in a healthy manner and to create a good routine without harming hour body and torturing it but you have to be patient and consistent as it will take more time you cant loose that fat stored in your body so fast as it serm easy you have to be consistent continuously in a healthy manner with calorie deficit diet and excercise. 

Reducing body fat is what most people want to achieve. Fat loss is more specific than weight loss. We can lose body fat by reducing calories, just like with weight loss. But the quality of food we consume for fat loss is more important.

There are many sign if you are loosing fat from the body  such as :frequently urinating as you will drink more water for being hydrated,not hungry all time,your well being improves,your clothes will fit differently,you will see some muscle more defined,your blood pressure is normal or coming down ,your body pain slowly get removes, your body measurements are changing,you snore less,your mood improves.

Easy ways to loose fat from body:Start Strength Training,Follow a High-Protein Diet,Squeeze in More Sleep,Add Vinegar to Your Diet,Eat More Healthy Fat,Drink Healthier Beverage,Fill up on Fibe,Cut Down on Refined Carbs.

Be healthy and choose the right information and work on it rather then focusing on some influencer . Work for it burn those calories and be healthy from within and out,keep an healthy mind and rock it.
