Well when I say that sleeping properly that dosent count how much hours your sleep or in which position you sleep, yes it does count that how much you sleep in your resting hours and give your body as well as your brain a complete rest.

What is sleep?

Sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind and body, characterized by altered consciousness, relatively inhibited sensory activity, reduced muscle activity and inhibition of nearly all voluntary muscles during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, and reduced interactions with surroundings.

Even our eyes becomes tired after certain amount of work rather be it an actual work or binge watching . I to prefer to binge watch my fav series on weekend but sometimes the things we dont know but becomes a heavy load on our eyes and brain to cope up with it . Even our body will respond us that we are tired and have to take rest asap sometimes the rest period elongates and makes us feel dizzy and lazy but you have to take correct amount if sleep maintaining balance with the cycle of the day .

Sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up. Healthy sleep also helps the body remain healthy and stave off diseases. Without enough sleep, the brain cannot function properly.

Sleep is very essential to our health as it will recharge your body ,rejuvenate your skin, give rest to eyes ,completely a fresh restart to your body,calmness to your mind you see when you have lack of sleep tou will be irritated and a sudden headache will occur coz it's a sign you have to stop work and rest .

Sleep is a vital, often neglected, component of every person's overall health and well-being. Sleep is important because it enables the body to repair and be fit and ready for another day. Getting adequate rest may also help prevent excess weight gain, heart disease, and increased illness duration. It is very crucial thing you take it as work to do in our whole cycle that have to be completed in 24 hours. 

Sleep is needed by each and every individual but it is divided by different age groups such as:6 to 12(9 to 10 hours ),13 to 18 (8 to 10 hours),18 to 60 (7 or more per night),61 to 64 7 to 9 hours.
