In this fast forward world one of the most common life issues has been that of relationship (love life). These issues seems to be very challenging. This could be because of the too much exaggeration of its importance.
The one who is not involved in any kind of relationship is considered to be a nerd whereas the one who had too much is considered to be a cool jerk.. This scenario mostly happens with the teenage groups.
But do they actually understand what is a relationship?
In my opinion not all but yes most probably they don't. For most of them relationship just means two people sticking together to have fun, physical intimacy, hanging around etc. This is because of their misconception of infatuation with love and emotions. These are often short live. When this comes to an end many of them take it as life failure and turn depressed.
What is depression?
Depression is a mood disorders where the person some times feel from low keys to high maniacs. It involves social withdrawal, sleep deprivation, sleep deprivation, low self esteem, absence of self care.
But it is very much necessary to overcome it as soon as possible or else could happen massive wreck in the person's life.
How to overcome depression?
Depression can cause serious mental health disorder. If a person will be frustrated and anxious he or she wont be happy. The most important thing in life should be being happy so that a person can live a healthy lifestyle. As we all know that a coin has two faces and so similarly our life too has pros and cons of whatever comes on its way. When a person goes through it he/she learns to identify between fake and genuine people, emotions, feelings. After overcoming it he/she learns the importance of self respect.
