SO LETS GET STARTED WITH IT .
Staying At The Top :-
It is easy to get to the top , but it's very difficult to stay there .
Once you are in Leaders position whole game changes and now the priority is to get every thing right and maintain your position .
A leader is carefully watched by each persons around him . All his team member consider him as a role model for them , so such a leader should be very careful in public as well as private life .
In order to become successful below are the 6 habits which should be avoided .
“control over the sense which are motivated by training in sciences , should be secured by giving up lust(kaam) , anger (krodh), Greed (Lobha) ,Pride ( mana) , Arrogance (Madh) , Overexcitement (Harsha)”.
1 Lust (Kaam):-
A person must be able to maintain a balance between work and life .
only a person who maintains both work and life balance becomes successful in life.
At the same time leader should also mentor and guide the younger generation so that they can replace him in the future .
2 Anger (Krodh):-
Maintaining a cool head is very essential .
one should be able to control oneself in all circumstances , most importantly in public .
In order to overcome anger , one should try to meditate daily in earle morning . Because if you can navigate your breath , you can navigate any situation in your life .
3 Greed ( Lobha ) :-
Gandhiji had said “ There is enough for every persons need , but not enough for one man's greed ”.
In order to overcome greediness a person should do social work which will give them a self satisfaction and self esteem .
4 Pride ( Mana):-
while staying at the top a person has to carry more and more project , during this he should not entertain the feeling of “I am the doer” he must understand the success is the effort of every team member .
A highly egoistic leader is sure to lose his team member in the long run.
5 Arrogance ( Madh ):-
A arrogant person will always take the credit of the success and will blame other for the failures .
His motto should be, “It's we who have succeeded not I ”.
6 Over-Excitement ( Harsha ) :-
A leader should never get over excited .
Expressing over excitement and sadness should be avoided , because when whole world is on fire it is only the one with a balance mind who can find the solution .
7 Money ( Dhan ):-
Money is not every thing in this world .
Because with the help of money we can buy things not happiness .
with the help of money we can buy medicine , but not a good health .
with money we can buy expensive bed , but not a good sleep.
Too much love towards money can create a tension in your life .
