Reading the title a lot of you must be thinking what does the writer wants to convey? what does she mean by this? we all know what beauty is, but…
Alright Alright, enough of discussions. let me clear the title through a story. A story of rosy. A story of a lot of people, for whom society has changed the definition of beauty.
Rosy was a simple girl from India. Like every other human, she too had two eyes( right one a little squint), a nose, a mouth, and every other feature.
But, still, she was judged, bullied, betrayed, and insulted. Why? Because she was dark-skinned, little healthy wore spectacles was an average student, didn't had any loyal friends, etc, etc.
Even the ones she considered her friend, her loved ones, betrayed her. They spoke behind her back nasty stuff. In front of her they were really good, but, when she was not there they made fun of her. Called her with different names. She was observative enough to notice those. But she had nothing to do with that. It's all God-gifted. The only thing she could do was maintain distance from them, ignore them. We tend to ignore anything inappropriate against us. But it is quite obvious. We can't change our appearance. Rosy could not change her skin tone, she could not change her squint eye.
Is maintaining and slim and trim body, having fair skin, having a pretty face Beauty? If you ask me, I would say a big NO. With time appearance will change. But our knowledge, intelligence, kindness, purity in mind won't change.
My motive for sharing this is to let people stop judging people so easily. we have not been into their page. We all have fought our own battles. Nobody gives us the right to judge others. Let them be the way they are happy, the same goes for you. Stop spreading negativity.
We all are born with some flaw. But, if we don't consider them as a flaw and move with the flow, accept ourselves the way we are. We can master. Physical appearance is not Beauty. physical beauty will fade in no time, but if we make our soul and heart beautiful, that will never fade. even after death we will be remembered.
If we don't judge people based on their appearance but by the kind of person they are, the negativity would have reduced.
Let's try to make a better version of ourselves each day together. Spread love and positivity.
