The unexpected disgusting day in your life could be when you fall sick. We all generally fall sick due climatic conditions or the food consumed might have been unhygienic . It takes about a week for a recovery in general but here I am happy to share some tips for quick recovery. Feel free to share with your dear ones and let them convey it to their upcoming generation.
Some of the common issues when we fall sick are given below and remedies that I had given are from my personal views only.
Headache:
The word itself suggest that it’s a pain that occurs in head when we strain ourselves in some work or if anybody’s shout at us could be the general cause of headache. When we suffer from headache, we almost lose the hope of doing day to day work routines and even the personal tasks. In order to overcome the headache, I have got some personal suggestions to fight back the headache.
Remedy 1:
Every one might have heard of Calpol 500 Mg. In most of the cases, this tablet is effective. Tablet is to be taken after meals and only one at a time. Don’t consume more than one tablet at a time as there are some side effects mentioned in the tablets itself which varies from person to person.
Remedy 2:
If first remedy doesn’t work, this could be another option to try.
Try applying Iodex Balm or Tiger Balm or Axe oil which is effective when applied over the skin. You could feel the pulling sensation after applying. So, these Balm’s could favor you in most cases if the first try doesn’t work.
Remedy 3:
If both the above remedy doesn’t work then try having some snacks or the regular food. Most of the headache that I had subsided after I had enough food.
Running Nose:
Running Nose is something that is common which occurs when your nose is exposed to dust. You might feel uneasy at first and then later you start to sneeze. Sneezing is generally good for health as they clean our respiratory system. If sneezing occurs due to dust, you can take hand full of water & splash it in your nose(move the handful of water vigorously to the nose). In most cases, you could see improvement. If no improvement is seen or the sneezing isn’t caused by dust, I have few remedies below.
Remedy 1:
Take a cloth and pour 2-3 drops of Axe oil. Keep the cloth close to your nose and start taking deep breath. The effect of oil remains in the cloth for at least half-an hour. So keep breathing continuously and you will feel the difference.
Remedy 2:
If the first remedy didn’t solve your issue, don’t worry I have another one. Take a container with water and boil it until you see the heat dissipation. Pour 2-3 drops of Axe oil and make sure to sit near the container with your face facing towards it closely (Must sit in a closed placed with fan switched off). Ask somebody to close you with a blanket so that the heat remains within the blanket. Remain in for about half-an hour and you could surely see a change within you. Repeat the process if you still have the running nose issue.
Cough:
When your throat passage gets infected, you begin to cough. Your throat might have infected due to unhygienic food (consumed without heating properly) or due to climatic changes.
Different people experience different types of cough such as Dry cough, Allergic Cough, Seasonal Cough, Smokers Cough etc. and so on. You might feel yourself uneasy when you cough in a crowd gathering but need not worry as I have a remedy for it too.
Remedy 1:
Everyone might have already been aware of it which is salt water gargle. First take bowl of water and then heat it (don’t heat too much; the heat should be not too high and no too low). Then add some pinch of salt and start gargling. Adding turmeric powder along with salt could be more effective. Repeat process until you find a change in your throat.
Remedy 2:
This remedy is special one and I really found better.
Go to Apollo Pharmacy and ask him/her for Tulsi cough syrup 100ml (Mfg by bifuture labs, Madurai,TN). This syrup is only available at Apollo pharmacy so don’t waste time checking with other pharmacy. Consume 1 Teaspoonful of syrup 3 times daily (half for children). You will surely be surprised to see your cough gradually subsiding within 2 days.
Thanks!
