Physical Education In Ancient Civilization

Indian civilization is considered to be foremost in the ancient civilizations of the world.

 Civilizations of Rome, Egypt, and Greece could not continue for long. the main specialty of Indian civilizations is that it still exists in their original Ancient form. Indian civilization is the world's oldest and has a Peculiar and higher standard history.

 From the very ancient times, many Invaders came and concluded this land but local culture Conquered them and observed their force. It is because of this process Indian civilization progressed continuously.

 We learn from History and by reading various historical books and in the remains of Ancient town  Mohanjo Daro 2500 years BC where public toilets and baths were discovered.

 During this period people were very fond of gambling children played with toys made of clay, that of animals and birds to stop people of this period were known as derived its. Aryans compare them to migrate to the south and west. This is also confirmed that dancing was quite prevalent during this period.

 The history of physical education before the Independence of India can be divided into four parts.

 1 Pre Vedic period

 2 Vedic period 

 3 Epic period

 4 Historical period

Pre Vedic period

 With the evolution of the earth, Manu was born to stop it is quite natural that everything that is created or it's born whatever matter it may be made of, has to die or degenerate one day or the other. she will be asked when some period was destroyed and recreated.

 Man after his recreation slowly started working for his living commonly food and along with it started physical activities.

 The excavation of Mohenjo Daro proves that civilization was there even 2500 BC and physical Education was there in some form or the other and people did various physical activities.

 Many of them did animal hunting. They ate vegetables and fruits. Many of them did animal hunting. Generally, people were very strong and they quarreled among themselves quite frequently. In the previous period, weapons were made of stones; original residents of that period were called rabbits Thevar poster to south and West of Aryans.

 Following physical activity is very popular during the pre-Vedic period

 1 Archery 

 2 shooting of Arrow at targets

 3 horse riding 

4 Chariot riding

 5 dance people danced in groups during various festivals

 In the Vedic period from the study of historical Vedas and other books it is seen that there is no specific reference of physical education, however, it is worth mentioning that individual is there were no arrangements for physical education but humans and there was during this period were healthy strong and well built the capped and reared sheep and goats they consume vegetables and fruits as part of their food to stop these people were strong fighters they live in villages and had natural resources to keep them healthy.

 For physical education, these people used the following method of training one horse riding two-weapon training three hunting chase of the hunt for gymnastic

 Epic period

 The epic period mainly refers to Mahabharata and Ramayana periods as described in these three-digit security features; this was a developed period pic Armies to keep control over their areas and to further expand their Empires. people therefore many remained busy in water games physical education during this period mainly made war training or training of soldiers or Warriors.

 Historical period

 Self-rule in India for the first time was established around the time of the birth of Mahatma Buddha in 1560 BC full stop; this period is called the historical era. North India at that time was split into small kingdoms people generally Photon triples the movements run by Mahaveer and Buddha on their peak during this period weapons were used only during words in peacetime following activities were prevalent

 1 Wrestling

4 Horse riding 

During this period a bow and arrows were used to stop following physical activities.
