What Should We Intake And Not To Intake During Summer Season

Hey guys . . . Hope you are doing good and safe. Today in this blog we are going to see about our health. We all know this is a summer season and this year its was very heavy and people were burning while they are going out. In this type situations, we can not change the climates but to composite that we can eat a several foods to survive in this burning summer and also the important thing is we should avoid some foods to bare this season. So, in this blog we are going to see the topic “what and the foods we should not eat in summer”. Let we get in to the blog . . . 

We should avoid certain types of foods during summer and avoid them as much as possible. For example, foods which are contains bacterial contamination that can lead to various types of stomach and liver disease.

1 _ Street Food

Street food should not be eat in the summer because it has many reasons, flies may sit on such foods and it is also made of dirty water and dirty hands. In some times they can sell old foods for theirs profits so this types of foods may cause indigestion and food poisoning. Not only in summer season, we should avoid street foods in our daily lifestyle. 

2 _ Heavy Meals

Do not eat foods that are difficult to digest. We should avoid intake dairy products such as cheese and cottage cheese because it has high in fat. Eating such foods can cause heat in the body, which can cause stomach and skin problems. Unproperly stored groceries can also leads to food poisoning.

3 _ Hot Foods

We should not eat hot food because it will increase the heat in our body and may cause some diseases. In during summer time we should intake fruits and vegetables and needs to drink more and more water. 

Beverages likes cold instant drinks and also energy drinks will increase our calorie in our body and also they dehydrates the body and may cause and affect kidneys. So, we should intake only fresh juices if it is not possible we can drink water which itself good for our body. Eat fresh homemade foods and drink plenty of waters and keep your body healthy.
