BOONS OF ONLINE MODES OF CLASSES

In students point of view -  virtual learning is good for students. They can watch their classes in theirs homes. While the students are going to schools or colleges they wants to get ready early in the morning then they have travel after that reaching schools or colleges then, learning the classes, spends time with their friends after that in evening wants to return theirs houses. Doing these making the students become very tired and stress. So, in online classes they can wake up anytime without getting tired they can easily join their classes virtually for leanings.

In Staffs point of view -  The staffs also facing the above problems like their students. They have to take classes, wants to stand while taking lessons, watching the students activities, checking theirs home works, correcting students answer scripts. Like these the teachers are facing and scarifying many problems. They also having an travelling issues but in virtual mode they can easily sit at theirs house and taking a lessons is quite easy for them.

BANES OF ONLINE MODES OF CLASSES

In student point of view - The disadvantages are students facing many network issues, they can't clarify their doubts over their, some has mic problems, many parents are not having an smart phones. Some parents are buying smart phones for theirs children to learn and attend theirs classes. Some of the parents dint know how to operate smart phone so dint know what theirs children doing whether they are studying or playing something in mobiles. Some students dint listen in an virtual modes of classes they just simply on their classes and doing some other works. So many issues, problems over theirs mobiles.

In staffs point of view - The staffs also facing many network and bandwidth problems over their areas. Every staffs need their students to listen and answer over their question. The main bane is whether the students are listening or not. But in offline modes teachers can easily see how they cooperate in classes while taking class. Comparing to students teachers are facing many problems in online mode. They have to take care of theirs families and simultaneous wants to teach the classes for their students and etc . . .

So, in over all offline modes of classes is more useful than virtual modes but due to this pandemic we have no options. So, we wants to continue these types of classes till the end of this pandemic situations.
