Hi Everyone ! ! ! Hope you guys are doing good with your family members. After some days I will be here to blog So, in this blog we are going to see about the fruits and its benefits over it. We all know fruits are very good for everyone's health and it built us strength and strong and to be get fit also so we are going to see what are the benefits over it and how it is important for us. Lets start the blog . . . 

Apples

An apple is an edible fruit produced by an apple tree which is known as Malus domestica. Apple trees are cultivated worldwide and are the most widely grown species in the genus Malus. We all know apples which is very wealthy in both dissolvable and insoluble fiber, like hemicellulose, cellulose and gelatin etc. 

Blueberries

Blueberries are striking their cell support and reducing properties. Blueberries does not have any fats like saturated fat, unsaturated far or mono saturated fat and also it contains carbohydrates and proteins. It has zero sugar and two percentage of dietary fiber. 

Bananas

A banana is an elongated, edible fruit – botanically a berry – produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. Bananas has minute saturated fats and polyunsaturated fats and also contains vitamin B6 and vitamin C and proteins.

Orange

Oranges are known for their high enhancement c substance and giving 91% of the DV in a solitary normal things. Orange contains 9.83% of folate, 10.36% of Thiamin and nutrients and also contains vitamin c of 92.93% for females and 77.44% of men. 

Mango 

A mango is an edible stone fruit produced by the tropical tree Mangifera indica which is believed to have originated from the region between northwestern Myanmar, Bangladesh, and northeastern India. Mango's are also know as “Head of typical things”. It will prevent us from diabetes, coronary affliction, alzheimer's, parkinson's and specific sorts of undermining advancement.

Avocado

Eating of avocado will helps us to decreases the cholesterol and triglyceride level. It contains vitamin C and vitamin E and also it lowers the level of blood pressure and potassium prevents osteoporosis. It also prevent from cancer. Eating of avocado will use to reduces the weight of our body.
