Hi Everyone . . . Hope you guys are doing good and safe with your family members. So, today in this blog we are going to see what should be avoided in fitness myths. Many people will say don't eat this and that foods, it may causes to gain weights, like this many people will say so in this what are the myths that we should avoid saying by people. So, lets we start our blog . . .

Avoid protein powders - It is one of the common fitness myths that consuming protein powders is terrible for your health and should be avoided.  Many body builders use steroids as a shortcut to gain muscles in a short period of time. So, we should avoid taking steroids because we should build our body only in a right way. So, taking protein powders are good for our health and it is part of supporting our muscle growth.

Women should not lift weight - This also one of the biggest myths in our world.  People says that women should not lift weights and should not workout as men do. But it is a myth, and its ok for women to life weights at the gym. It won't harm women while lifting weight.  Workout can do by anyone both men and women because it is full of building a body not only men will build the bodies but also women can do. Women can also be physically strong so never say that women wont lift weights.

Stop workout when you reach your goal - Many people will say that go to the gym when your get a perfect result you may stop because there is no need to go to the gym on that time so it also a very big myth because building our bodies is a continuous process so we should go for it regularly.  There are many chance to lose your muscles that your gained in gym when you walked out from that so one should never stop doing workouts thinking that the results will stay forever.

One food for weight reduction - There is no food for weight reduction because only one food will not lose the weight in our body. In many advertisement will say only one product will reduces your whole fat that is full of myth.  One food alone can never help you to reduce weight unless you were east less than your maintenance calories.
