Healthy bones are essential for a healthy body so how to build it ? ?
Vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals which is very important for bones and the best source Vitamin C is also a vegetables. High ingestion of green and yellow vegetables has been linked to increasing the bone and mineralization during childhood and maintaining of bone mass in young. Eating lots of vegetables is found to be beneficial to older women. Even a study of women over 50 of age are found that those who consume onion regularly have a 20 percentage of less chance of getting osteoporosis.
If anyone wants to build their bone health, they have to active for at least 150 minutes per week. Do weight bearing exercise like running, walking, hiking, cycling, low impact aerobics, dancing, playing outdoor games. Also, do some resistance activities like weight lifting and push ups. Yoga also helps in improving body balance which lows the risk of being falling and breaking down bones.
Some dry fruits contains essential nutrients which are helpful for the bones. Nuts contains calcium but it also includes tow other essential nutrients which are helpful for healthy bones. These are magnesium which absorption and retaining of calcium in the bones and phosphorus is a crucial component of bones. Mostly 85 percent of phosphorus in the human body can be found in human bones and teeth.
Caffeine is generally used to enhance the personality during the morning times. Taking coffee in moderation is generally expected, but on the other hand, every 100 milligrams of caffeine consumption trigger at least 6 milligrams of calcium loss from the body. We know that calcium is a significant factor for healthy bones. If anyone has the habit of caffeine then it has to limit the caffeine habit to 200 milligrams per day if they want healthy bones.
At last, I want to say that bones are an essential part of the human body. No one can even stand if his or her bones are broken or defected. So please keep your bones healthy and maintain your body posture.
