Gateway of India 🇮🇳
This is most famous historical place. This place was built in 1924 . This was built by George Willet to welcome the King George V and Queen Mary to Mumbai. People love to visit these place during early morning and late evening to enjoy the cool winds coming from sea. This place is situated near Colaba, Mumbai. It was built facing the Arabian Sea. 🌊You don't need to pay a single penny to enjoy this place. In this city, we get many places where we can enjoy without paying amount. Only the ferry rides near this place are chargeable.
Elephanta Caves ⛰️
There are seven caves which is combinely called Elephanta Caves. Five caves among these are devoted for Lord Shiva and two caves are depicting the Buddhist architectures. This place in Mumbai is considered among UNESCO World Heritage Site. For reaching these caves, you have to take a tour of ferry ride for 50 - 60 minutes from Gateway of India. If you are planning for one day tour, this is place best place. Entry fees varies here for people from other countries, it is mainly between 10-250 Rupees. Nowadays , people has started collecting memories in their mobile phones and cameras. For those who are selfie lovers, be aware here videography and photography are chargeable.
Sanjay Gandhi National Park 🏞️
This is family entertaining park 🏞️and one of the most visited national park in Asia. Here , you can see animals from enough close distance in safari cage. Going through the forest, Gandhi Tekdi can be seen which was built in the memory of Mahatma Gandhi. One more attraction for kids is Van Rani. Van Rani is toy train to ride here. During these ride you can see Kanheri Caves which is two thousand year of old caves depicting Buddhist architectures. The timing for visiting here is morning 7.30 to evening 6.
Haji Ali Dargah
This is the spiritual place in Mumbai. This is one of the most popular religious shrines. These was built in exact the middle of Arabian Sea. You can enjoy the panoramic view of deep blue sea. It houses the tomb of Sayed Peer Haji Ali Shah Bukhari. White marbles was used to built this and it shows the Indo-Islamic Architecture.
