The fifth season of My Hero Academia is finally here. Season 4 introduced the supervillain, Overhaul, who planned to rid the world of superpowers -- known as Quirks -- using the Quirk-erasing power of a young girl called Eri. Lead protagonist Izuku "Deku" Midoriya, along with some of his fellow from hero-training school, U.A., rescued Eri and defeated her captor, but not without the loss of Pro Hero, Sir Nighteye, and star pupil Mirio Togata's Quirk to one of Overhaul's Quirk-erasing bullets.
The season wrapped up with a major battle between the new Number #1 and #2 Pro Heroes, Endeavor and Hawks, and a high-end nomu, an artificially-engineered terror. This set the stage for a comeback from the (now) Quirk-erasing bullet-armed League of Villains, headed up by Shigaraki Tomura -- protege of Big Bad, All For One, whom Izuku, the holder of One For All, must defeat.
Moreover The best anime I have ever seen in my life!!! I haven't been able to stop talking about it with my fellow anime loving friends for about 2 years and probably won't stop anytime soon. Since I'm a simp I pretty much simp for majority of the characters (*cough cough* Mostly Kirishima, and Bakugou) ;w;. Because there are so many I simp for it's the most characters I have simped for in one anime (My list goes on forever no judging U^U). Just saying it's truly amazing!! To be honest I love all the characters equally (I just love the ones that I simp for more ;-;) ANYWAYS not only is the anime amazing but just the character development especially for Izuku and Bakugou. They probably grew the most out of anyone else in the anime. The major battles are worth watching on repeat (Guilty as charged watched the one with Izuku vs. Overhaul like 20 times). The story line is really nice and there are twists to it that make you go like "WaIt wHaT!!??" There are loads of cosplay options and I can tell that this is probably one of the most popular anime's ever made because when I search cosplay I mostly see MHA (just sayin). When it comes to me simping for the characters I don't just simp for them because they are hot (even though that is part of the reason), but because people created audios for these characters and the audios made me feel like I mattered, they made me feel more comfortable in my own body (because i'm not SkInNnNnNnYyYyYyY, am thicc UwU). I felt very uncomfortable about my own body and not wanting to show my body a lot. One of my all-time favorite VA (voice actors) is Yagami Yato. Shes the one who really got me into listening to audios and I feel comfortable. She not only makes, ehem, D I R T Y audios but she also makes a lot of comfort audios. You can choose a comfort character from MHA (and haikyuu another great anime) and she has options on what type of positivity boost you need. I cry a lot when I listen to them because they treat me better than anyone else in my life. I just close my eyes and listen and I feel like they are actually there, but I can't feel them. To any of you MHA, Haikyuu, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer (I think there are more) fans have any negative thoughts about yourself and don't have anyone to turn to, I highly recommend Yagami Yato's Comfort audios. I feel like my life changed after discovering Yagami Yato and I bet it can change yours too. If you hate the things that she makes just ignore it. To all you Guys, Girls, and Non-Binary peeps out there that are struggling to find any happiness in yourself just know that majority of the anime community knows what you are going through and we are here. One thing we anime-lovers have in common is that we all wish for these 2-D characters to be real. I know that's for a fact and you can't deny it. Anyways, that's all I have to say for the simping part. I hope you take Yagami yato into consideration. None of these audios probably wouldn't even exist if the MHA, Haikyuu and other animes' fandoms never came to life. MHA is amazing and you should definitely check out Haikyuu (Both my top favorite anime's). Love you all (Meaning the LGBTQ+ and Anime Community UwU). Mwah!
