Over-thinking The New Addiction

Hiii guys!!!!!! I hope you all are doing well and happy.

first of all smile please and second I have been on a long (break)hiatus because of studies and yeah career and studies are more important.

So today's topic is overthinking which has been becoming an addiction nowadays.

At first, overthinking is just some precautionary thinking but now it is more than that which is very bad for our mental health. Overthinking is also a habit we develop after some time cause we convince ourselves that by overthinking every scenario's we can get the best solution but it is not the right way to get the best solution. Nowadays every other is overthinking cause we all are worried about something which is going to take place in the future like we keep thinking about the things which could go wrong during an interview or presentation.

overthinking affects us in many ways as it can reduce our peace of mind, less productivity, and makes us feel restless. When we are overthinking our mind goes on creating a spiral of thoughts, analyzing people around us, situations and we judge ourselves negatively. These thoughts become a big deal to us which are mostly insignificant.

Nowadays we see people dwelling on their past or worrying about the future excessively. The excessive thinking of social behavior or other people's behavior or demeanor could lead to harsh conclusions which are mostly for defence mechanisms. In long run, it could lead to social anxiety, isolation(moving away from people ) or being a loner to protect ourselves from any future bad circumstances or situation.

Our daily productivity also gets affected due to overthinking cause overthinking results in a loss of sleep and appetite, missing opportunities, and could create problems in relationships and at the work. We end up wasting a lot of time overthinking.

We hear many people complaining that they can't relax that they can't shut off their brain. We repeatedly think about any embarrassing moment or we could be thinking of what if I did this or that we try to find solutions through thinking every possibility. We also dwell on the hidden meaning behind sentences people say or any events happening.

There is now a therapist available who can help us or atleast we should talk to people around us.

Sharing problems or things that are affecting you in any way will be lessened if we share them cause by sharing we can get advice or if not advice then at least the thoughts won't be roaming in a spiral.

THAT'S WHAT SHE WROTE TODAY UNTIL THEN BYE BYE
