We all are aware of good feelings but what the unpleasant emotions we run away from or we avoid to acknowledge it.There are many people who find it extremely difficult tolerate the range of unpleasant emotions that we all humans are capable of experiencing.
But when this difficult or unpleasant emotions/feelings are not dealt with properly they intensify.
They can linger longer than we want or think and avoiding them can also disturb your emotional states and mental health.
We need to make use of this unpleasant emotions.

There must be question in all of your minds that why these eight emotions???This are the feelings that are most common appears when things don't work put the way we want.
Avoidance of these feelings becomes a great obstacle to confidence and can also generates anxiety, self criticism and worrying about what others think.
This eight emotions are also from which people run away.They become wall between our success.They can becomes obstacle in every aspect of life.In fact we also back off from pursuing what's important to us the reason behind is also that we have hard time move through this unpleasant emotions.
Also why is moving through this unpleasant emotions important to us ?? It's important because when we dwelling in this unpleasant emotions we lose faith and trust in ourselves.
Why we avoid these emotions??
βWe're afraid that they will start and would never stop.
βWe're afraid that this emotions will be too intense and overwhelm us.
βWe don't want others to know what we are going through.
But this emotions are Important for our development and to learn how to deal with it.
1.Sadness
Sadness becomes more painful when it often brings unhappy memories and thoughts.When people are sad they mostly describe themselves as a depressed person.Though sadness is temporary it can lead to depression.
Depression is a persistent sad mood and also inability to feel positive emotions.With sadness comes increase activation of our limbic system which is in the brain associated with memory and learning.Because of this we are induced to negative stimuli which can make us feel angry and irritated.
Sadness can inspire us to reach out to other's in need and can also make us share our pain with them.But if we learn that others are unsafe then we tend to avoid them and can make harsh decisions by isolating ourselves with the sadness.
