A foodie is one who lives his or her life to eat all the different recipes. The day starts with idly, roti, dosa, chapathi or pongal. After few hours of breakfast, his or her stomach starts starving for some food. A foodie will eat all food items.

Pizza is made of unhealthy ingredients and it is bad for health. It includes highly refined dough. Pizza is extremely high in calories and it causes high risk for over weighted people and leads to heart disease. White bread has refined wheat and high consumption leads to healthy issues. It leads to rapid spike in blood sugar. Grilling and broiling the food is not the good procedure and the food can be boiled as an alternative. Pastries, cookies and cakes are sweet but not good for health. They are packed with refined sugar and refined wheat.
Inspite of knowing all the disadvantages of junk food, still foodies remain to eat them. Because their love towards food is unconditional.
There are many alternatives for junk food. In the mid of the day, a foodie would like to have lunch. Lunch is either a full meals or food filled with nutrition and rich in calories. The lunch plate will have rice, dhal sambar, curry, pickle, curd. A highly calorie filled food intake. After eating such food, one should do the work effectively for good digestion. But, after eating high calorie food it is hard and hectic to tackle the situation with sleepy and tired eyes.
The evening snacks can be french fries or junk food. These foods are to satisfy the mini starving of stomach. The tummy size increases gradually for a foodie.
A regular exercise and intake of good calories food can keep every one healthy. After intake of evening snacks, it is effective and highly appreciated to go on a walk and relax the body. Have some physical activities to keep body healthy. The night dinner is a low calorie food for everyone.
