What Is Your Anger Level?

Hello people! It's been quite long since I wrote blog and now I'm here again to confess whatever it is. So tell me what's your anger level?  I used be one such person who used to get frustrated even for little issues and explode it in the form of anger which costed me eventually.

Anger is something through which we explode due to frustrations, perspectives, etc. We get angry only on people we love and people with whom we spend time on regular basis. But sometimes how much ever we try to control our anger somehow we burst out on someone whom we would respect, never wished to get angry on.

As I told u earlier, my anger was at peak. I used to fight with my parents, often go against them, have issues even with my neighbours and people on road etc. There was an incident where I fought with my lecturer and rudely went out of the class. That was the day my parents go to know my anger and patience level. But even after that I never tried to control it. But one fine day where I was supposed to meet a friend of mine who got into a little accident. I got panicked and did not know how to handle the situation as it was the first time that I had been in such kind of situation. I got soo angry and started speaking rudely with the person who caused the accident. Later when I came home I start overthinking and got more angry on my friend whom I was supposed to meet. I would say this was the last time I was angry. Since then I never got into any fight, did not raise my voice unnecessarily, practicing anger management.

Anger management is very important for everyone. Ofcourse we behave differently when things go against us but the only way to control it is by managing our anger level, frustration level.

I decided to practice anger management by:

  1. Counting numbers using fingers whenever I felt angry.
  2. Listen to other person silently without uttering a word or staying focused without uttering a word depending on the situation.
  3. Thinking of the incidents that costed me due to my anger.

I suggest everyone who are facing this issue to try any one of the method mentioned above atleast for once and then you will be amazed by the results. Remember it is okay to put out your emotions but in a valuable way.
