India has the highest population among which 7.11% is filled with unemployment. The reason for this could be of various reasons such as illiteracy, laziness to work, dissatisfaction about work and pay and most importantly negligence towards the norms of job or interview.
Interviews will be conducted in a very precise manner which shouldn't be neglected. Most people get rejected the moment they enter the interview room and that is because there are some hidden tips which should be taken into consideration. The main aspect of this stage of placement is the interviewer wants to know the passion of the person. It doesn't include our degree, experience or resume. The person's talent which sets him apart from the crowd is what is called successful interview.
The important aspects of interview are: 1. Body language. 2. Proper organization of resume, cvv, certificates. 3. Impersonation. 4. Confidence. 5. Self- restraint.
During interview listening skill is most important because we will be asked many questions which be answered appropriately. I am not about sure about the slogan - ‘first impression is the best impression’ but at interviews this matters a lot and even define a person.
There are some impressive tips which should be considered: 1. Research about the company's profile. 2. Never say 'sorry I'm late' instead be punctual. 3. Do not answer in one word such as ‘yes’, ‘no’, ‘might be’ etc. 4. Try to explain with examples or person stories that go with your answers. 5. Try to ask about interviewer's experience with the particular company, company's objectives. 6. Showcase your soft skills. 7. Opening up about your interests and hobbies. 8. A firm handshake would make the best impression. That exhibits your confidence, interest.
The interviewer often focuses on the employee's behaviour, basic etiquette, language. So preparing well for this process is utmost important. One or two rejections won't affect anyone but too many rejections need to be altered by pursuing these above tips.
Some bonus tips could be: 1. Walk through the door with your head straight. 2. Do not close the door showing your back. 3. Smile gently as soon as you enter the room. 4. Do not over dress. A formal wear makes the best. 5. After the interview process try asking the interviewer about your performance.
I hope these help some or the other someday. Crack your interview like no one ever has.
