A Woman is ‘power’. She has enormous capacity to achieve everything she desires in the world. It's not just a bare sentence but it actually is true. Try triggering a woman's self respect and then the above sentence will be convinced to anyone who does that.

Earlier times, as the most of the Indians were illiterate they did not know what it is for women to be slaves or household for life under a dominant man. But that doesn't mean their culture was acceptable because if not education they had knowledge about manners, humanity, common sense. Every woman deserves to be treated immeasurably.

In present days, 75% of Indians are literate and technology has also upgraded as compared to previous years. So this offers an opportunity for women to educate themselves and be financially independent in their own way. Women should adopt this thought and each of them should stand apart from the crowd in unique way.

Women can make their own decisions independently. It protects her against the world full of criticising people. It offers her unlimited freedom and strengthen her to stand up for herself. Financially independent women are often respected highly and placed above all.

Women should never feel insecure about herself and instead try different methodologies to improve and develop herself. There's nowhere mentioned that only men should develop bossy attitude, financially independent or being an entrepreneur. No women is less than a man in all aspects.

There are various ways for a women to choose her path. Even government has been offering several yojanas and schemes for women to stand on their own feet. But utilizing them in the most appropriate way is upto us. Some of the ways are:                                      1. Mahila E- haat:  for women entrepreneurs.                                        2. Working women hostels.            3. Swadhar Greh: for widows, women prisoners etc.                            4. STEP(the support to training and employment programme for women) – to support small sector workers.                                                 5. Nari shakti puruskars - this is to encourage women workers and institutions that improve the life of women by giving awards on March 8- International Women Day.

There are 350 schemes under women empowerment which has to be well utilised by every women in our country to prove that they as more than equal to men. In this current world women who's financially independent has a very good position.

Women are everything; women are strength.
