I want to share some tips to improve self-esteem. I know how it feels when someone has low self-esteem. We all used the term self-esteem in our life but what's it actually mean-
Self-esteem refers to a person's overall sense of his value or worth. There are many factors that can influence the self-esteem of an individual. These are-
feedback from others, family environment, task accomplishment, physical appearance, Academic achievement, self-belief, personal aspirations, societal expectations, and relationship problems.

An individual with low self-esteem are prone to -
self-hatred, poor risk-taker, shyness, lack initiative, afraid of competitions and challenges, Lack of self-acceptance, blame other persons for their problems, and indifferent to needs of others. 

Here are some of the tips for you to increase your self-esteem-
Don't compare yourself with others. You are doing your best. Others will not set when you will get success. 
Be nice to yourself even if you are not doing good be good with yourself this will help you to work hard. 
Challenge your negative thoughts and try to think positive this will help you to be happy.
Remember that everyone makes mistakes while trying to reach their goal so don't feel down. 
Always appreciate your special qualities this will increase your interest in that particular field more.
Tell yourself a positive message every day and try to stick to that and help yourself to increase positive thoughts.
Forget the past old hurts and old disappointments. I know they hurt but we have to move on.
Make time for yourself and schedule enjoyable moments for you every weekend.
Surround yourself with supportive friends and relatives. Avoid negative people.
Communicatie your feeling, opinions, and needs to others. Give priorities to your feelings first.
Celebrate your success every time. <3 
 
 

Never feel alone there are many people who are suffering from the same problem. Never feel like what other persons say and that you will end up embarrassing yourself. Always be confident in what you say. You have proper knowledge that's why you are sitting with them. Never consider others' feedback that will harm your mental health. Some people are just there to harm you they want to see you broken. so don't let them succeed in their task and never let them make you feel down. You are talented. Work in a positive direction that will help you to become successful. You are a diamond so shine like one.
