So there are some things that should be considered while ordering something online- 

Awareness about fake websites- 

There are several sites which give huge discount on the products. We get fascinated seeing the offers and order the required materials. Some sites which are not genuine deliver duplicate products. This happens mostly in case of cosmetic products. If we do not check them and use them on our skin, it can have many side effects. Whenever you buy anything online, buy it from genuine and trust worthy websites.

Check expiry date- Most of the products which are on huge discount have an early expiry date. We order them quickly because we do not want to miss the offer and we often order them in bulk thinking that such offers are not available everyday. Our money gets wasted if they are going to expire soon. 

Comparison is necessary- If you have selected something to buy them check the product on different genuine websites. Some shopping sites give cashback while others give some extra discount when you pay from credit card. So this can help you in saving some money. 

When the product is not in good condition- Sometimes the product is not packed properly due to which it gets damaged. If you get any such product, immediately click a picture and send it to respective site/ customer care for complaint. Some people always make a video while opening the parcel. This is beneficial as it makes the claim easier.

Check the offers properly- Always check the offers given by the shopping sites. For instance, if it given ‘flat fifty percent off’ then make sure to check the minimum amount on which you can avail the offer. 

Check the return policy- Each website has its own terms and conditions. Check the return policy before buying any product. Also check if cash on delivery is available or not if you are not paying the amount online. Make sure to check the refund policy- if you return the product, how much time does it take to refund the money or if you have to buy some other product in exchange.
