I hope you're happy with where you are today.💞
Life isn't easy, yes.
But if you've been able to face the turmoils with grit unchanged
and fear conquered, pat yourself on the back
for you've conquered that voice in your head, too.
So, today, I hope you can look at yourself in the mirror
and see how far you've come,
how much you've faced and the battles you've won;
the people you've faced, the ones who stayed and cheered you,
and the ones who left your journey;
the things you've learned that have shaped you,
the things and habits you've let go of to taste the glory of today;
the nights you've spent crying because it seemed like it was ending,
the nights you've stayed awake and worked
because you knew you had it in you because you had the courage to try.
I know that every time you look at yourself it hurts
because you don't know if it is going to pay off, 
you don't know if the risk is worth it and if the pain will die.
But, look at the lessons the pain has taught you, 
look at the new people you have met, the ones who have taught you to persevere.
Look at the new skills you have picked up and the people you have helped;
look at the work you have done which one night seemed impossible;
look at the feats you have achieved, you did not pause to pay attention to them. Look at them and watch what your strength has birthed.
Smile at yourself 
because your perseverance is an inspiration to someone,
because your courage has planted hope in someone,
because your journey has motivated someone,
because you have reached today and mind you,
there was a day when you believed wholeheartedly that you would not reach today.
You're spectacular because you held on. Life was never meant to be simple and that's why you faced the worst before the best knocked at your door. You're spectacular because the faith you had in yourself shines brighter than any star - and you are solely responsible for that. 
Smile and be proud.
Today may not be the best but your journey tomorrow is going to be beautiful!💞
