# 3: Practice kind, firm, and positive parenting

Babies are born with about 100 billion brain cells  that have relatively few connections. These connections generate our thoughts, drive our actions, shape our individuality, and ultimately define who we are. They are created, enhanced and "formed" by the experience of our lives.

Give your child a positive and family atmosphere, especially when you are young. That way, they have a positive experience on their own and the ability to provide them to others.

But if you give your child a negative experience, he will not have the kind of development he needs to prosper.

Sing this stupid song. Let's have a tickling marathon. Go to the park. Please laugh with your child. Pay positive attention to them. Overcome emotional tantalum. Solve the problem with a positive attitude. These positive experiences not only create good neural connections in your child's brain, but also shape your memory that your child carries with them throughout their lives.

When it comes to discipline, it seems difficult to be positive, especially when dealing with behavioral issues. But that is possible by applying positive discipline and avoiding strict discipline.

Being a good parent means teaching your child the morals of what is right and what is wrong.

Setting limits and maintaining consistency is the golden rule of good discipline. Be friendly and proactive when creating and implementing rules. Focus on the reasons for your child's misconduct. And give them the opportunity to learn in a positive way for the future, rather than being punished in the past.

 # 4: Become a safe harbor for your child

Babies sleep with stuffed animals, but parents provide effective parenting.

Respond to children's clues and become sensitive to their needs, informing them that you are always for them please.

Support and accept your child as an individual. Make it a warm and safe place for your children to explore and return. Children raised by consistently responsive parents tend to show better development in emotional regulation, social skill development, and mental health.

 # 5: Talk to your child and help their brains integrate

Most of us already know how important communication is. Talk to your child and listen carefully. By maintaining open communication, you will build a better relationship with your child and your child will come to you if there is a problem.

But there is another reason for communication. They help your child integrate different parts of their brain, which is an important process of child development.

Integration is similar to our body and requires different organs to work together to maintain a healthy body. When different parts of the brain are integrated, they can function in harmony as a whole. This means less tantalum, better behavior, more empathy, and better mental health.

To do this, speak through a disturbing experience. Ask the child to explain what happened and how they felt the development of collaborative communication.

There is no need to give solution. Just listen to what your child says.
