So our new justice name is shri.Nuthalapati Venkata Ramana And he is 48th and current Chief Justice of India.he is born on 27 august 1957 at krishna,andhra pradesh.

Some of we have doubt that who appoint chief justice of india .I would like to say about this that the president of india appoint him.and president have  list of the Justice who are worked at supreme court and they nominated them as a priority of order in some of the cases president can change the order of chief justice but in rare case.

If you observe that last two years there is three judges are changed for this position this is because of the time of duty is completed .That means we can say that   for last year or last 1.5 year they deserve this post .

Let's know about chief justice n.v ramana.In 1975 as a student he fought for civil liberties during the nationwide the emergency due to this he sacrificing acedemic year.ramana worked as journalist for the regional Eenadu newspaper for two years.He became advocate on 1983.he practice in the high court of andhra pradesh.he has specialised in constitutional,criminal,service and inter state river laws.he became the permanent judge of andhra pradesh high court on 27 june,2000.then after be became chief justice on delhi highcourt and then in 2014 he became a judge of supreme court of india.

During his whole duty in October 2020 andhra pradesh c.m. wrote letter to chief justice on india which is justice bobde that chief justice ramana make currouption in Andhra Pradesh at amravati but after a month his request and case dismissed by k.k vanugopal.

n.v ramana saw as strong and hard judge by BJP and all other party so some of journalist say's that those allegeation said by shri jaagan mohon reddy this is beacuse  for some other party (BJP).
