TONER:

Toning is a step in our skincare that helps better absorption of the products and also soothes our skin barrier . there are lot of toners in the market but I make my own toners at home . let me share my secret recipes

RICE WATER:

This is my absolute secret skincare. it makes our skin glowy, soft and smooth all day . trust me you will get many compliments . rice water is a rich source of

  • vitamin E
  • vitamin B
  • magnesium
  • zinc
  • fiber
  • and other nutrients

I use rice water two times a day after using my face with face wash .

HOW TO MAKE:

Take a clean bowl and add 3 tablespoon of rice , then add water till the rice soak . now wash and drain the rice . then add some water and let it sit for an hour. after that separate the water and fill it in a spray bottle. you can refrigerate  it for 2 days .

ROSE WATER:

Rose water naturally contains ,

  • vitamin a
  • vitamin b
  • vitamin c
  • and vitamin e
  • antioxidant

it reduces puffiness, calms our face , brightens our skin and reduce acne marks in a long term use. I used rosewater on my face and it improved my skin texture.

HOW TO MAKE:

Take a vessel and place a bowl inside it now add organic roses around the bowl and fill the vessel with boiling water. now cover the container in a inverted manner with the lid shown in the picture below and turn on the stove and let it boil for 15 minutes in simmer . the water vapour will be collected inside the bowl. after that take the bowl ,let it cool and tansfer it to a spray bottle .You can store this in room temperature for 3 months ,but in refrigireter  it will last for a year.

MINT TONER:

Mint leaveS are packed with

  • antioxidants
  • anti bacterial
  • vitamin a
  • vitamin c
  • vitamin b
  • calcium

which calms and refresh our skin and makes our skin look glowy and fresh. and treat acne scars ,anti aging, fades dark spots ,etc.,

HOW TO MAKE:

Take few mint leaves and wash it thoroughly , add that to a pan along with some water . let the water boil and the mint leaves will become pale and water changes it's color . now let it cool and strain it to a spray bottle . it will be fresh in the refrigireter for two days.
